After getting a quote from MMT and a few other companies, I decided to hire them to work on my house. Mario had given me a very detail quote and explained the process to me and answered all my questions. The crew showed up on time every morning and worked very hard through the heat wave here in Toronto. At every step, Mario and Robert were able to satisfy my expectations and they went over and beyond to put my mind at ease. As with any project on a 50+ yrs old home, there were a couple of surprises but MMT handled them professionally. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with the work they did. I hope to enjoy my dry basement for many years to come and I’m sure I can rely on them if there are any issues in the future. I highly recommend MMT for your waterproofing needs.

I hired Vitaliy after reading the reviews about his work online. The reviews are all correct. He gave me a fair estimate, he showed up on time and did the work exactly as he promised. He was very honest and did everything to accomodate my needs. He even left a couple of sections of down spouts for me in case I wanted to extend them. All and all, I was very satisfied with his service. I'll use him again, and I have and will recommend him to friends.

I had a drain back up problem causing water to flow out of my floor drains in the basement. Sean arrived on time and he was very professional and helpful. He explained the process to me and was very clear on what he could and couldn't do. I believe he went above and beyond to make me understand the problem and feel at ease with the solution.
