This is by far the worst customer service i had.
They came to install the kitchen end of sept 2018, they did'nt protect floor so we end up with lost of scratch including walls and ceiling, one door had damage and one section of the countertop which is a glossy finish which my wife requested to be same as the sides but it wasn't, their excuse was that we should had noticed it from the design they send us by email which was a autocad design and you couldn't tell and my wife is not very good with computer I had an agreement with the manager to put a good review in order to replace a piece of countertop and the damage panel but i call her back the day after to let her know that i will wait until the work is done, so now it's about 6 months so i assume that they have no intention to replace it. we order several kitchen in the past so thank god, but before you order make you homework about the design you want, also have a written agreement if something go wrong how long would i have to wait, request floor protection. They protect them self by forcing you to pay upfront which i didn't like but wife trusted them Kitchen looks nice don't get me wrong but the seem to age fast,
