Muti Kitchen & Bath

Goran, a designer at the Tycos Road Muti location is the only designer I have ever worked with who actually listens and understands the needs being expressed, and even needs not expressed. Before going to Muti, I consulted with a designer and had a kitchen and entrance plan drawn up by a reputable and well known Toronto kitchen company. Despite stating the same things to this individual as I had to Goran, the plan not only lacked continuity and efficiency, but also any sense of style, thus did not feel right for the space. I am so thankful to have met Goran, for all that changed.
Working with Goran, the result was a kitchen that perfectly suits the space in terms of size, functionality and fully integrates with the rest of the condo. The entrance ties into the design perfectly, allowing the eye to gracefully wander from one space to another, picking up on the design features perfectly. There is visual interest in this kitchen which takes it beyond a workable kitchen to a place of beauty and interest. This is now the feature of our condo and not a day goes by that I don't enjoy it.
I must also say that the owner was very pleasant and the installers were great. Customer service is not just a platitude with this company, it's a focus.
And then there is the product itself. The finish, sizing, spacers, interior components and finishes take this kitchen into the realm of furniture well made.
I cannot give enough praise to Goran and his colleagues in this company!
This is such a lovely kitchen to cook in. It truly sets the style in our condo.

Roberto, we shared our thanks with Francesca in person a few weeks back. You guys delivered exactly as promised, on time and within budget. What surprised me was the outstanding team of people you have supporting your promise from design, accounting, delivery, installation, showroom staff, and after-sales service and adjustments. Julia was outstanding btw! It was a pleasure having every one of you in our home and to experience skilled trades who are respectful of our wishes and our space. I am sure you are proud of your team. Oh, and we like the kitchen a lot.

Do not stand behind warranty, never on time !
Inferior product for the price! Do your homework about warranties and time management, before considering this company! Get everything in writing!

I was so thrilled to find Muti Kitchen and Bath. We were building a home and the bathroom vanities were exactly what I wanted. I bought 4 vanities and mirrors in February 2022. They were delivered on time in April. They were installed early May. The day they were installed I noticed a flaw on the stone countertop. This flaw looks like an indented circle under the tap. I took a photo and sent it to Muti on May 2, 2022. They said I could get a repair kit and fix the flaw. It is now November and when I reached out to see if my repair kit had come, at first she said she didnt know anything about it. Upon further questioning, she did know something about it and said that she can not get this repair kit anymore. And then she said she would be happy to sell me another countertop for a 50% discount.
I have paid for a brand new countertop and vanity. It was flawed when it arrived. Muti is not taking responsibility for their products. 7 months later I still have a funny indented circle in my sink, and no support from Muti.
As much as I like the design of these vanities, I would definitely not recommend them.

With the purchase of a new condo we chose Muti once again to provide us with a kitchen. Having had a good experience 12 years ago, our second kitchen with Muti ....from its architectural design process, to expert install, to quality materials, to prompt and skilled service.... our experience has been, as it was previously , one that we consider exceptional in this industry. We highly recommend Muti as your choice.

One year after having our kitchen redone, MUTI quickly and efficiently adjusted a minor lighting issue. The service was very fast, efficient and professional.

Initial sales order process was great. We had no issues until the job moved into installation phase. During the installation phase, we found that certain items were manufactured differently then shown on drawings we signed off on. Items were also missing from the order and other items were damaged during transit from Italy or the warehouse. MUTI's customer service on the service side of the business is terrible. All of the people working there are rude and have no concept of customer service. It is almost like it is part of their Core values to be unpleasant and difficult. Or, they just hate working for the company.
They demonstrate a constant tone that the customer is always at fault. No matter what. Until proven to be correct. They are short in their responses and offer no immediate solutions. Issues are deferred to other departments and you need to chase them to get answers. We have been waiting almost 1 year to have deficiencies corrected. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Product looks nice but definitely not worth the headache.

In-store shopping was fine, Carm was helpful and made sure we had everything we needed- faucets, 2 double vanities, free standing tub, two shower systems…. Some of it was delayed but these things happen. Installation was a disaster. Vanities did not have adjustable legs to level it, the marbling of one of the vanities looks cloudy and bubbled, of the sinks cracked putting in the drain, free standing tub doesn’t have anything to anchor it, the shower systems have male ends that don’t work with standard roughed in plumbing.- which I asked the salesperson about before purchase. Our plumbers were shaking their heads at all of this. It’s been an expensive disaster to try to install and its still not done. I contacted Muti but they don’t care, won’t help or allow exchanges.

rude and unprofessional and doesn't fix their mistakes or take the blame for it. screwed several things up and constant miscommunication between departments. extremely disappointed with this service. would not recommend.

We purchased kitchen, media and great room cabinets from Muti several years ago when we built our house. We encountered an issue and I requested support from Roberto. Within a day a repair was scheduled. George arrived on time and quickly attacked the issue. George is very precise, works clean and takes pride in resolving the issue and satisfying the customer.

I highly recommend Muti as they provide high quality Italian cabinets supported by a team that is truly customer centric
