Enercare provide 24x7 subscription emergency home services. To get emergency home services, I need to subscribe to this service which is $22.xx per month. I was desperate on July 15th, 2024 because my guest shower did not work and I had 4 guests coming. I called Enercare and the lady promised me that someone would call me and help me fix my problem for 195.00. I desperately called back but there was no one there to help me. I don't have the after hour contact code. No one called and no one followed up the next day, the next week, the next few weeks. That night, I had to get another emergency service for 495.00. Should I pay this monthly subscription bill? Should I continue with this useless subscription. They don't care and no one called to apologize. Oh, you didn't get your plumbing done. that's too bad. Here is the subscription bill you need to pay. Really!!!!

Hamed showed up on time and started working right away without delays. His work is impeccable even though the ceiling is a bit woarped. He also helped cleaning up the shower and cocked all around. I will definitely be calling him again in my next project. I don't have any pictures at this time but hopefully I can upload it later.

I had 5 doors and 2 windows replaced in my house. The product seems nice but there is a draft at the bottom of all the doors. It's been almost 2 weeks of the install. I kept on calling Ecotech but the manufacturer never called me back. Ecotech admin support is very responsive and they told me that they've sent numerous emails to their manufacturer. The manufacturer has not responded yet.... This product was ordered just before December and finally installed on March 1st. The manufacturer took a month off in December.
