I recently had the pleasure of hiring Heptagon Inc to finish my basement, and I couldnt be happier with the results! They transformed the space into a beautiful and functional area, complete with a washroom and a stunning wet bar. From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and respectful. Few things I really liked about the engagement were a detailed contract with materials and cost included which meant no surprises during the course of the work. Secondly, there was never an upsell from them; they listened to what we wanted and respected our budget and provided solutions accordingly. They communicated with us through WhatsApp which meant all the decisions were logged and there was no confusion. What truly set Saif and his team apart was their dedication to customer service. We encountered a plumbing issue over the weekend, and despite not typically working on weekends, they arranged for a plumber to come the same day to resolve the issue. The quality of workmanship from Heptagon was as per my expectations. Our basement turned out really good. I firmly believe in supporting local businesses and would wholeheartedly recommend the team from Heptagon to anyone looking for quality work and outstanding service in our area.

Luca did a fantastic job replacing our front door. He was the only contractor who understood how I wanted to reinforce the common weak points of our front entry and executed on them. His quote was below some of the other I had received for the same job and he finished the job in the time frame he had committed to. However more than the impeccable job that he has done what I liked the most was his straight up honest attitude which is becoming a rare trait in the industry. Thanks Luca, you made my parents feel safer in their house thanks to a job well done.

I spent months researching window manufacturers and installers in the GTA area as my old wood windows had started to rot big time. Must have interviewed and gotten quotes from at least 8 vendors on the project. Finally selected Ambia not only becasue I found the Vinylbilt product that they sell to be a well built and most cost effective product in the market but also because Tony came across as someone who knew his stuff and wasn't pushing anything extra that I didnt need. The project was completed on time by Igor and his crew who by the way were excellent and Tony dropped by later to inspect the work. I like writing about projects where everything goes well and there is nothing to pin point. This was one of those projects. Only recommendation would be more drop sheets if possible. Overall I would highly recommend Ambia for the quality of the product they carry as well as excellent customer service and workmanship.
