I needed yearly service , tech came and told us that the water tank(of filtration system) is not generating enough pressure so it will be replaced. The. He started selling water softener to us and we reduced to upgrade. He was ready to give best deal and willing to come back to install that system next day itself. But as we refused , not its been 6 months that I have called 5-6 times to the company and they keep telling me someone will come but till date no call back or no one has come so far. Dont waste your money with this company. Worst customer service ever.
