Diya arrived on time and was friendly and very professional. He worked quickly and efficiently and identified a problem with the air vent in my daughters room. He could have ignored this and we wouldn't have know any different, but he investigated and discovered a disconnected piece of duct work which was causing the air to flow into our basement instead of our daughters room. He fixed the problem and now her room is warmer than it has ever been. Great value for the money and I would definitely recommend this company for their attention to detail and professional service!

Recently my 28 yr old furnace stopped working and Convertible came to have a look at it. The technician advised me on what would be required to repair it, but I decided to replace it instead given the age of the furnace. We also needed an air conditioner so we bought that as well. I proceeded to get a number of quotes, but we went with Convertible as they had the lowest price and my experience with their employees was excellent. They were professional, very thorough and answered all of my questions. The installation of my new furnace and air conditioner was completed without any issues in a clean and proficient manner. All of the employees I dealt with (repair tech, sales staff and installers) were very professional and friendly and left me feeling very satisfied with the whole process.
