I purchased a Napoleon Gas Fireplace from Edward in the Scarborough Store (after visiting the Beaches location and being told I could see the fireplace in action in Scarborough). Edward was patient, answered all my questions, made great recommendations, and gave me a quote that ended up being a great deal. He even arranged installation before Christmas. The installation team (Stephen and Michael(?)) continued the excellent service and I can't say enough about their professionalism and good work. They were efficient and clean and made sure all my questions were answered before they left. I'm very happy with the entire experience and would recommend this company to anyone.
