Markham Garage Doors is a very professional contractor. Brandon (now managing Whitby Garage Doors) gave me a tour of their Markham immaculate showroom which was well stocked with samples of the products that they install. He asked me about my plans, showed me a range of options and then gave me some brochures (with notations) so that I could take my time making my final selection. When I made my selection I phoned Kevin Chappel (the owner), who came to my home, gave me a written estimate and explain how the installation could proceed. Before I signed the contract, he gave me a probable installation date. One day prior to the proposed date, he phoned me to tell me that the components had arrived and checked that the following day was still convenient to the installation. As scheduled, John did the installation the following day and made certain that I was familiar with the operation of the garage door. He removed the old door and its components and left the area spotless. The following week, Robert arrived, as scheduled, to do the aluminium capping around the door and again left the area spotless. Great service, great product, great people!

We were referred to Canada’s Restoration Services by a company that worked for us before. We had a senior manager come to our house to scope the work. The company referred us to a 3rd party due to the fact that they did not want to have a conflict of interest . A 3rd party performed the testing and now we all understood the scope of work. The pricing and scope presented to us by Canada’s Restoration Services was clear and reasonable. The team that worked was professional had had good customer service skills. The Mold was removed by media blasting – good results. When the team came to pick up the equipment we all noticed that the tape left marks. Canada’s Restoration Services did not request full payment until this job of removing the marks was complete. They came back, ( Aris was the team leader) addressed the issue, removed and cleaned up and now e have a safe home. I want to thank Canada’s Restoration Services for the work. We will recommended them .

I wanted a third party assessment of our air quality, prior to a planned renovation. Alan was quick to reply to our phone inquiry, informative in explaining the procedure, professional in taking the samples and very helpful making some suggestions on our planned renovation in addition to providing us with a clear, detailed assessment of our air quality. AllMax would be my first choice, if I need similar work at a future date.
