Do not use these guys. This is a case of the company not caring once they have your business. They account rep called the day they were to start the work and said they would be there the next day. The next day they didn't show up and didn't call. After my calling them, they showed up midday, two days late. The only people who seem to return calls are the people you talk to before you agree to the work and sign off on the estimate. They used my central vac without my permission to suck up pieces of drywall. This broke my central vac. (Why would they even do this in the first place?) I paid for the repairs myself and asked to be reimbursed by Perfect. After several months without any repsonse from Perfect, I finally got the office manager to agree to cover the cost. This was over 4 months ago and I still don't have the cheque. I fully expect I will never see it. I also noticed that the wall outlet they put back in with the drywall is not flush against the wall so there's a small draft coming in. (The outlet was covered so I didn't notice it until now.) In short: Reliability 0; Quality 1; Customer Service 0. Let's round it out to a Perfect 0 for Perfect Painters. EDIT: I have since spoken to the General Manager, Michael. He was apologetic for the service and paid the invoice promptly after we spoke. Speaking with him, I am more confident about the company and would consider using them again.

Hi Ed thanks for taking the time to speak with me last week and that I processed your refund. We did send you a refund back in October but our staff did seemed to mismanage the communication back to our finance team and to you to get you a second cheque as the first payment did not get to you. I hope that your satisfied that we closed off this issues. Sincerely Michael Delongte
