We had a broken latch on our microwave that needed repair. Service tech said he could do it and so we signed to have them proceed. He then said he needed to take the unit to the shop snd could not tell me how long they would keep it. He then advised the part woukd be 800.00. We decided not to proceed and were charged 280 plus tax when the service call was advertised as 80. Tech argued with me and then said if we didnt pay they would send a collection agency after us.

Murray is always on time and thorough. Great service from Abbey Air who both installed and maintain our system. I would highly recommend their services.
