This experience was the worst we have ever had, customer service was horrible, with the people involved to the Site Supervisor even. We feel they had No integrity,and no honesty in the job they did for us. The workmanship, the pride in a job done well is not even evident. They poured our foundation wrong and in doing so and not correcting this error right in the beginning( they did not even tells us) we received a laundry room that was a much smaller room than we had contracted for. Along with bricking over our man door, putting up the wrong brick on the front of the house, the wrong garage door, 2 cracks in the walls, and other serious mistakes, and concerns about the end product we are so upset with East Forest.We had a meeting with the VP , which we felt absolutely no compassion about what they did to us, she even came to our home and looked at all of the issues we had....she said that they should build as a new home but in a different area than where we want to live in.....what does that tell you! Anyways as of right now, November 28th/11 we will continue to push and push until we get some kind of compensation....see the whole story in google review shortly.....our dream home experience was one of the worst experiences that we have had experienced for a huge money purchase. We do not want other people to go through all of the aches and pains that we have and continue to as of this moment. It is truly sad that these things can happen in this day and age where technology is here to help make each job an easier transition and the word "CUSTOMER SERVICE" is so essential now in keeping your customers happy and away from the competition. We would love to see a resolution to all of this.

Phoned because we save one of their coupons in a pharmacy, the coupon was expired but when I phoned they said they would honor this $25.00 coupon. Wow, that was great. When the arrived, he was early but asked if it was okay to start now or he could wait. He was quick, courteous,an animal person, and answered any of our questions quickly. We were well pleased with the service and would recommend CCS duct Cleaning to everyone!!!! Thank you for a job well done! Monika

Our story is actually a long and heated truth about East Forest Homes, from when our foundation was poured incorrectly, creating a much smaller room to current which is after closing we have had the most horrible experience, error after error through the entire project...if we weren't watching everything that the builder did, we would have major problems, as it is you can't see everything they do and "TRUST" is one thing we did not have from the builder, they lost our trust at the beginning and even currently after close...we will be posting the entire story on google reviews.....please do your homework and find a builder people love, my fellow neighbors are also unhappy with East Forest, ask people who have had a home built in the neighborhood that you want to move too, see if they are happy.....Buyer Beware!

to register for extended warranty you need model and serial numbers. called and left messages, you only have 60 days to do this and this is day 50 nothing, we are very upset
