Paul Young is an excellent technician: thorough, timely, careful, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. He is my favourite technician and I have recommended him to others. He always cleans my burners and other parts of the furnace, checks, my vents to make sure they are clean and no gases emitting. Checks to gas leaks and gives me a full report. He also notes if any parts may need replacing in the future & puts that into my file. Milani also calls to give you an idea of just when the technician will be arriving, which is also helpful.

I was most satisfied with the work that Paul Young did for our tune up....he found a gas leak, idenified the source, ordered the new part and made arrangements to return the next afternoon to complete the tune up and install the necessary parts. The only complaint we have is that the first call, where he really did not much cost us over $100. I think from a customer service prospective, especially when the company will be returning to actually deliver the booked service as welll as install neew parts, the first trip should be included or comped as part of the service as this job turned out to be very expensive. Paul does an excellent job and each year I ask for him to do the tune up as I trust his careful and thorough work.
