These guys were excellent: prompt, organized, polite and great communicators. They were very honest about the scope of work that was needed on our house, built 1910. They didn't try upsell me, though they could have! They taped off the work area carefully, kept the site orderly, and cleaned up very well when they were done. A contractor friend assessed their workmanship as being A1 quality. They were also extremely competitive on price.

Lee Sanchez may be the best builder or tradesman I've ever worked with. He quoted quickly and clearly on my job. He was extremely flexible and fair when my schedule and the scope of work changed. And most importantly, he did excellent work. This guy knows Ikea components - he and his staff assembled and built all my Ikea cabinetry very skillfully. The associated work - trim carpentry, painting, and plumbing - was very good. Excellent workmanship. He is careful, works deliberately and thoughtfully, and communicates very well. Also he's a good guy, and a very calm presence on a construction site. I can't recommend him highly enough.
