I had an ice damming issue on my roof and water seeping into my house, so got it touch with Mrroofrepair to resolve. My agreement with them was to pay 500 to repair the issue, or 200 towards a future bill if the issue was not repairable at the time. The team came after a week for the first inspection (had to cancel once due to weather) and determined the roof needed to be replaced. They claimed to have done minor repairs. However, they took another 10 days to deliver the report. We had to work with a second individual who did not even visit the site to determine the roof needed to be replaced. In this duration, the weather got warm and ice started to melt and there was a serious leak in the house. Turns out that no repairs were done. I called in a panic and was told someone can come put a temporary solution to stop water leaking in, but no one came. Out of frustration I called another roofer, who came the next day, and had my roof replaced the day after. A month later, they billed me for 500! After calling and complaining, they reduced back to 200. Throughout this ordeal, my house probably incurred 1000 worth of damage! I would not recommend them because there were long delays in service, every time I called I spoke with a different person, and no one seemed to take accountability. On top of that they are one of the more expensive roofers.
