Called Canada Waterproofers for a stubbornly clogged toilet I had been trying to clear for days. Peter called me back, told me he could be by my place within about an hour. He explained what he would try, along with the cost for the visit, then let me know what might need to be done if it required more extreme measures. He showed up as promised and using the proper equipment he was able to correct our problem and get the toilet going again. He also let us know what we were doing wrong in trying to clear it ourselves, and also shared a number of tips for next time. It's always nice when you feel someone really wants to help you. My home had 720p analog cameras and a DVR installed about 10 years ago. My DVR finally died and I decided to wanted to replace all my existing cameras and DVR as well as add two additional cameras that I always wanted. We had TSS replace 6 existing cameras, replace our DVR, and install two additional cameras (one requiring a new cable run). I dealt exclusively with Ray from TSS from start to finish of the project. From the very start, Ray was very responsive and very informative. We communicated voice, email and text. He shared product material with me, offered his own suggestions, and ultimately produced a few options for me to choose from at different price rangers. He clearly answered all of my questions and he also explained where he would cut costs due to the existing (reusable) wiring being in place. This was something that other quotes did not do. Ray came in with very competitive pricing in comparison to the others. Ray was easy going, accommodating, and proved trust worthy. Installation did take a little longer than expected due to some unforeseen circumstances not related to the project, but Ray always maintained communication and I never had to chase him. Ray always made me feel that this project would be completed to my satisfaction and I have to say that it was. I received exactly what I asked for and Ray never put up a fuss satisfying some of my more picky requests. The new cameras and DVR have been working great so far. Very happy with the end result.

Very friendly professional service. They came on time, did a thorough inspection of our dishwasher. They performed one repair which seemed to work but a few weeks later we experienced a different problem. We knew the two problems probably weren't related but Best Appliance Repairs came by again to take a look. We probably require a costly part replacement but Best Appliance Repair did what they could to avoid that on our 10 year old machine. With the overall experience, they really gave us the sense that they care about their customers. I felt very comfortable dealing with them. They didn't rush and took their time to really investigate the problems and discuss it with us. I will definitely be calling on them again when the need arises and I can certainly recommend them.

We regularly get heavy winds in our area, and for the last few years we've been losing a shingles on our build of less than 10 years. I've had them repaired quickly by people just working the neighbourhood at the time. Woke up this morning to water dripping heavily through the attic and decided to look up someone more reputable. Called Quality Home Roofing this morning and Yuiry came out right away. He explained what was wrong and fixed my previous fixes by the others. He provided me photos and videos showing the current state of my roof and even explained why we're having the trouble we're having. Gave me some honest options for next steps. Very nice, pleasant people to work with. I expect them to be my go-to roofing company now.

Replaced approximately 1300sqft of lawn mostly destroyed by insects and installed new Wifi irrigation system (3 zones plus drip line) that wrapped around both sides of our home. He even dug up a section of lawn I didn't want and laid down weed matting and pebble stones for me. John was really nice to work with. He answered all of my questions with detailed answers. His quote was considerably less than the others. He told me exactly what components he was planning to use so I could look them up and, from my research, he was using good quality parts. His team arrived very early in the morning and they worked hard to make sure the job was done that day. The entire crew was very friendly and pleasant. Even though it was a long day, I was really impressed at how careful and precise they cut and laid the new sod. I have a bunch of walking stones they had to work around so it wasn't so simple either. They never rushed to just get the job done and it REALLY looked great when they were done. At the end of the day they tested the system from my phone and showed me how it worked. John gave me some recommended settings to start with as well. Overall I was very pleased with their work and I'm (so far) very happy with the system as well. It wasn't so easy finding a company that would do both the sod replacement and the irrigation system install but I can tell you that John's crew did a great job with both.
