Quickly diagnosed the issue with the dishwasher and made the repair. They also fixed the handle on the machine which made me very happy!

The dryers vent hose was not properly connected to the exhaust pipe by the plumber. I contacted different appliance installers, and I chose Best Appliance Repairs. Eric was punctual, professional, & polite. The dryer, which is on top of the washer, has little space to go behind it, as the laundry room is only 32 wide. Eric used a device to pull both the washer & the dryer, cleaned all the dust on the floor, and installed/reconnected a new hose with clamps. Eric carefully re-installed the dryer, without making any scratch to the appliances or the floor. I highly recommend Best Appliance Repairs.

the ignitor on one burner on the gas stove would not function. The technician did a thorough checkout and got the ignitor working..temprarily (switch is worn out) so a new one is on order and it will be replaced. The Technician is very knowledgeable.

The Leak from our Maytag refrigerator went on for over a year because of Covid. But when we tried to get in fixed by a Maytag recommended company, it was a disaster. The guy they sent didn't know the first thing about how the fridge was put together, tried to sell us expensive parts and finally left in the middle of the job. Then, after looking hard we found Best Appliance Repairs. Wow! What a difference. I spoke to Eric and he sent a really experience man, Pavel who knew exactly what to, had all the tools necessary and didn't try to sell us anything. They came on time, called ahead as requested and in minutes had the problem exposed and began working on it. In less than 45 minutes, the job was done and we were charged a very reasonable fee, a fraction of the price of the part the other "Maytag repairman" tried to sell us. Our problem was a blocked drain with massive ice build up. Already recommended to a friend. Thank you for excellent job!

My dryer stopped working properly and I had previously used Best Appliance Repairs to fix my washer a year ago so I decided to contact them again. Was late on a weekend evening, but they set up the appointment for their earliest availability which was next day and they had called 30 minutes before the appointment to give me a heads up and arrived promptly. Eric diagnosed the issue quickly and confirmed what needed to be repaired with me and everything was fixed within the hour! Glad to have my dryer back at a reasonable cost!

Absolutely fantastic and smooth service from Arkady and team ! Fast, reliable and easy. Weve had an issue both has stove and weve ordered the service. The entire process with very easy, prompt and professional. Theyve came to make and estimate and see if there can service right on spot. Unfortunately we had to go through the parts replacement but it was very easy to deal with Arkady. Less than in a week we had the stove back in work. Highly recommended for all your appliances repair !
