My A/C stopped working, and I left a message with Dr. HVAC around dinner time. They had a technician out the next morning to diagnose the problem (which was a faulty blower motor / controller unit). Although our A/C was previously installed by Dr. HVAC, the furnace and blower is much older, and was installed by a different company. Dr. HVAC worked with the furnace manufacturer to diagnose the problem, and determined that the problem was still covered by the parts & labour warranty from the original company. Dr. HVAC coordinated the warranty coverage with the original furnace company, so as the customer I didn't have to do a thing. I consider that great customer service. Additionally, the technician (Sean) was friendly, clean, and courteous. He explained everything to us, and was a pleasure to deal with.
