Oleg showed up promptly to quote me on the job, and quickly identified some roofing defects (eg membrane not wrapped over wall edges, lack of caulking at cap overlap, single-ply membrane) that could easily explain the leaks I knew about (and he hadn't been told about yet). His crew replaced our upper and lower flat roof during a brief break in the winter weather. There is little outward sign of their work -- no debris left behind, and railing & deck on lower flatroof were reinstalled as before. They also discovered badly rotten plywood base (ALWAYS have your roofer pull up the old roof!). And upon pulling this up, that some joists were rot through. They replaced joists from above (a hellish job), and rebuilt the roof, charging a very reasonable fee for the extra work. Upon opening the ceiling below (as part of a separate mold remediation job), I noticed a few joist hangers from the rework weren't as fully secured as ideal (due to difficulty of installing them from above). His crew showed up on short notice and promptly fixed the defect, and took advantage of greater working space with the open ceiling to re-secure all the joist hangers. I'm hoping this job will end my 9-year never-ending fight against small leaks from my large flat roof!

My concrete pavers driveway had buckled after 7 years of use, and I needed it widened by a few feet. Also, had a simple flagstone path added to side of house. The crew was punctual and completed the work as planned. There were a few deficiencies eg some stones were not quite level, but these were addressed. Side path was done in a rush with poor attention to evenness of the flagstones, but was rectified promptly. [In progress] Problems arose 1+ year after, where the driveway is already sinking and buckling in multiple places. It is wearing faster than it it did the first time around. I also had to re-sand the polymeric joints the next year. The company has responded to the issues and we are in the process of addressing.
