Omni Basement Systems

We have an addition at the back of the house and found the floor was beginning to sag due to lack of support. We contracted OMNI Basement Systems to come in and put 6 smart jacks and 4 support beams in the crawlspace under the floor. The crew came on time and worked well and efficiently. They were friendly and professional. After installing the smart jacks they carefully levelled the floor. We have a back door that exists from this extension. It had listed to one side and was difficult to open and close because of this. The lead installer made sure the door was opening and closing freely before they left. He also arranged for OMNI to come back in May to check and make sure the floor was still level after the ground thaws. We were very happy with the work and found all our contacts were professional.
