Waterproofing review in Hamilton

I had an issue with my dehumidifier not working properly. This issue has now been addressed as Omni has replaced it even though it was outside of the warranty of the product.

We have now discovered a separate issue that has arisen from spray foam insulation interfering with the function of their water proofing system. The owner Pete personally came to my house to diagnose the problem which was greatly appreciated and informative. He has now gone above and beyond and is helping us work with the insulation company to rectify the problem.

If we are able to get this issue resolved I would give this company a 10+ not only for their product but in large part for their customer service.

Waterproofing review in Hamilton

2 years ago Omni came to work on my crawl space. They patched several cracks in my foundation. They suggested and convinced me of the value of purchasing a $2000 dehumidifier for the crawl space in conjunction with a sump pump system. Well the unit is approximately 2.5 years old and is no longer functioning correctly. I was told that the warrant was expired and there is nothing they can do. Further aggravating was I was referred to contact a 3rd party business for a diagnostic of the issue as they are unable to service the dehumidifier they sold me. I am extremely disappointed that a dehumidifier of this price would fail so soon and that this company does absolutely nothing to back up the product they sold me. I will never use this company again and suggest you look elsewhere if you are need of this type of service.
