Troy was more than accomodating. He returned calls promptly and was right on time. Did all he could to find the entry point of the squirrels. Turns out we were hearing mice in the attic (a common problem for many homes - who knew?) - he quickly baited the attic. He was courteous and honest about the situation. Would recommend to friends.

- Check for mice if you hear sounds in the attic . . . use professional bait, not the store bought stuff.
