I first called Kevin last year when I found evidence of a possible mice infestation inside our home. He took the time over the phone to educate me and did not put any pressure on me to make a decision right away. I unsuccessfully attempted to resolve the problem on my own. I contacted Kevin again about a week ago and he had Troy attend my residence the next day. Troy explained everything to me and really showed care and enjoyment in his job. This has been, without a doubt, the best experience I have had dealing with a contractor.
