The company was quick and courteous in making time the same day I called with my pest problem ( called 8am in the morning and Troy was at my place by 12pm). In regards to my problem, what i thought was a raccoon/squirrel problem came out to be mice in the Attic. Troy was really knowledgeable and not only did he address the problem immediately but he educated me on the process involved and the reason why mice and other pests get into the house. As a real estate agent I am definitely going to keep a watchful eye on the pointers made by him. I would recommend him to my friends, family and clients also. Thanks for the service, especially when you had to climb the roof and inspect it on a -32 degrees wind chill temperature.
