We started hearing loud, frequent footsteps in our bedroom, then in the other rooms in our house. We were convinced that it was squirrels. Troy came within a week or so of us calling and determined that it was in fact mice - many many mice that had managed to tunnel through the walls. He wiped out the population and we haven't had trouble since. He also looked around our property for other signs of wildlife and provided good advice.
