I had a small job to be completed on the East End. I got a number of quotes and Serg's quote wasn't the lowest. However after a decade of hiring trades to do work on my older home, I have learned that going with a green company with the lowest price can be a disaster.

Serg treated this small siding job like it was a big contract. Very knowledge. Communicated with other trades to make sure they set up properly so he could come and finish his install. He also answered all our questions within 24hours or less. I felt like he had my best interest at heart.

On the day of the job, he came to do the install and it was perfect. He even fixed a piece of siding that wasn't in the scope of the work. Quote was identical to the invoice.

If every company in the city was like this, people wouldn't be so anxious about hiring people to do work on their homes. Professional, experienced, kind and excellent communication. I would hire again and have recommended to all my neighbours.
