DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! Brent is a good salesman. That's where all the "good" stops. Unbelievably bad move. When I complained, Brent became a psycopath towards me with threats and bizarre accusations that I am responsible for children dying all over the world. He began calling himself "Brent the Preacher". My move wasn't completed, and although I paid top dollar I never got back a cent in compensation. STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM THIS MAN AND HIS COMPANY. His website is full of twisted truths. His movers aren't staff of M&M Moving - they're guys in a truck who called me a "f**ing woman". I cannot type enough bad things about M&M Moving and Brent.

This is a false claim, we moved this customer satisfactory, she tipped the movers. The movers were very polite to her at all times, they had no reason to be rude to her, no other reviews says this about the movers, she is trying to create trouble. I was not polite to her after she was very rude to me and her false statements, I believe making false statements on the internet should be a crime. There was a problem in moving her piano up 3 flights of stairs at her new house, she agreed to hire piano movers (I originally said we could do it, but it was too difficult)about 2 weeks later she called me and said she changed her mind and wanted me to pay for the piano movers. She also made it very clear she didn't care I am a preacher and doesn't care that over 20,000 children die every day due to lack of food and water. I gave her a guaranteed quote, and nothing was damaged.
