Moving from Brampton to Cambridge
Brent was very rude, He swore at me and hung up on me, I couldn't even get a word in. I have never received such poor service. I was quoted 219 per hour, I was charged 269... Originally the quote was aprox 2700 but when I got the bill it was almost 5000... It has been paid but I would highly advise any other company. I almost want to upload some of the rude conversations but I will not.

My customer satisfaction rate is 97 percent, unfortunately miscommunication led to this review not the estimate.the move itself went great according to the actual customer. This is a false review from a real estate agent who I had no contact with before or during a move for Elaine and Craig in Cambridge who was given a maximum price guarantee except for 2 hrs of waiting time for keys,( Please contact me for more info , Elaine and Craig are actually the main problem because they didn't disclose the maximum price guarantee to the agent and told the agent the estimate was about $2,700 when in fact it was well over $4,000,it was a guaranteed maximum price for a large 2 26 ft truck move to Cambridge, On. The agent agreed to pay moving costs based on $2,700.00 which was not close to the estimate. Elaine and Craig also had the agent pay for waiting time costs because they didn't arrive in Cambridge until after 6 pm with the keys creating more costs and stress on the movers and agent, the agent after the move sent me bizarre texts and was impossible to have a conversation with, I told him to contact Elaine and Craig, we did send an extra man to help out the movers because of 2 26 ft trucks that could not be unloaded until after 6 pm . I offered discounts to Elaine and Craig after the move if any issues with the bill, they indicated no issues with the bill,sent me an email stating this, the bill was the maximum price guarantee plus 2 hrs of waiting time, it was Thousands of dollars less than corporate movers, they said the agent should have paid the bill by now,the bill was paid 5 days after the move, I bill my customers and have them look over all costs before paying, my customers do not pay on moving day,
the agent should deal with Elaine and Craig if any issues with the bill which was fair and not disputed by them 5 days after the move all was good apparently) he is Sam of Twin City Realty Inc in Kitchener ,he is aware now the estimate was honoured and he was wrong. Thanks Brent Owner 905-965-0212
