moving items to florida

I had an excellent experience with Multicity moving. They walked me through all the forms I needed to send my furniture to Florida They kept me informed from start to finish. They got my furniture to Florida in 3 days, which I thought was amazing. They loaded and unloaded eveerything at both ends. All the staff were very helpful, starting with Leslie who took care of the quote. The men who came to get my furniture were polite and very professional, I was not worried about my things getting broken or lost. Abraham was awesome with taking care of the border crossing. My thanks to all of you. Evelyn.

Move from Toronto, Ontario to Lake Country, BC

After contacting several moivg companies, and spoken / emailed with Leslie extensively I decided to use MultiCity Moving. Though the original quote was completed in April, Leslie and MultiCity Moving maintain the quote even though by the time of my move in fact the quote should have been higher due 'high season'.
My situtation was that I had stuff in storage in Oranageville, my condo had sold and all my personal belongings had to into storage in Ontario. I still had to find a place to live in the Kelwona area. On the day I was to move out of my Condo, the truck had to first drive up to Orangeville and then come back to Toronto/condo, and then place everything into storage. Once I found a place to live in BC, I called Leslie and she arrange for my belonging to be place on a a truck and dropped off at the warehouse in Delta, BC. From there arrangements were made to bring everything to Lake Country, BC.
I am happy with the service I received and would recommend "MultiCity Moving" for any moving requirements.

Move from Toronto to British Columbia

It was a great decision to use Multicity for our move. We dealt with Mr. Herbert Bondar who managed the logistics well and provided us timely with the moving equipment as promised. The packing team work hard for long hours and did a tremendous job. When we received our furniture in BC nothing was broken and not a nail or part was misplaced. I was impressed! We wished that the unpacking team would have been as productive as the Toronto team, but all in all a good experience.

furniture moving

Multi City Moving Inc. was recommended to me when I needed a mover to take my furniture from Ontario to British Columbia, I found them to be very professional from start to finish. They picked up my furniture in Oakville, On and delivered to Coquitlam, B.C. within the time frame that was indicated. The movers were pleasant to deal with and my belongings treated with respect. I would recommend Multi-City Moving Inc. to any of my family or friends & in fact my parents are now using them to move to their new home in December.

Move from Toronto to Calgary

We called Multi-City moving to assist us with our move from Toronto to Calgary in early October. The manager came and did a quote which was just a little under the actual weight cost and they price-matched to a different company. We dealt with Leslie the majority of the time and she was good. The movers in Toronto were excellent and quick but very careful at the same time. We had our things picked up on Oct 6 and were to be delivered by Nov 1. When we got to Calgary on Oct 21 after a short vacation, I called Leslie to see what our options were if we couldnt get into our new house on Nov 1st and she then told us that our things were still not shipped out. She told us our things would be there on the 1st anyways so we told her to ship them immediatley. A few days later I called back to ask if she could have them delivered on Nov 3 as we were going to be painting for the first few days. Nov 3 came and no phone call.. we had to call to find out where our things were. Leslie informed me that the Calgary dispatcher said our things were on a truck and would be there later that day to be delivered the morning of the 4th. The 4th came and still no call. We had to call again and ask where our things were. It was then that we spoke to Abraham, the manager and he informed us that our things were still not in Calgary and they were going to arrive that night to be delivered the afternoon of the 5th. We were not pleased at all with this as we had plans on the weekend and had to abort them. I wish they would have been up front and just told us our things were going to be late instead of holding off and making us more upset for 2 days. I understand that with long distant moves this sort of thing can happen but it would be have been nice to have more accurate timing. Thank goodness we had my sisters place to stay at but we were overstaying our welcome and it was getting rather irritating. Anyways, not sure if we would use them again though the first part of the move went great, the second half didnt.
Good thing is now we have our things and it is all over.

Company Response

We apologize for the delay in the shipment but we have no control when the truck is in transit. We did send the shipment the following day and it did arrive in approximately 12-14 days as we estimated. We also stayed in communication with the client throughout their entire move and responded or addressed any questions they may have had. We have spoken to and addressed the issue with the Calgary, AB office on calling and updating the clients on their move.

Moving from Montreal to NYC

If you are looking for a hassle-free moving company where the owner himself takes care of customer care, you have to choose MultiCity. Even on his day off, the manager was able to do followups. His staff are as customer oriented and kind as he is. The price included packing more than 25 boxes in Montreal and unpacking with box removal. I will do business with MultiCity again.
