Matthew and a worker came to deal with burst pipes. He seemed to have fixed the main problem but it turns out he failed to find a section of broken pipe behind some insulation that ended up doing considerable damage a week later even though I pointed out that there had been a leak from that area. I would have expected a more thorough job.

I think this is a case of a misinformed homeowner.
-Toronto experienced extreme cold temperatures as low as -30, throughout the entire month of January.
-There is almost no chance of not noticing 40-70psi of water flowing through a burst pipe behind a wall for a week.If you had burst pipes in the first place, you have an issue with insulation, that being said and the fact that apparently it took a week to notice 40-70psi of water flowing through the walls- the chances are you had another section of pipe burst due to the extreme cold after we had finished.
If the homeowner had have called me with this problem, we would have gladly helped them out and fix the problem.
