The control panel of my fridge has problem. I had a KitchenAid technician came over, quoted me $2000+ for repair. He basically told me to buy a new fridge, which costs $7,000+.
We want to get a second opinion, so we called Peter. He was able to diagnose the problem over the phone, even know the exact part which needed to be replaced. (Different diagnosis from the KitchenAid technician). Unfortunately, the part is not available anymore. We ended up finding someone to repair the part, costly me $250, and it is all fixed! Peter is very knowledgeable! We highly recommend him!!
