Peter promptly returned our call to service a dryer that was working but making loud scraping sounds. He offered a diagnosis, ordered the parts and came exactly at the time agreed.
After pulling the dryer apart, he concluded it wasn't worth the expense of the repairs and he charged for a service call only.
He was very pleasant, honest and made helpful suggestions about possible replacement brands.
Will definitely call him again.
