Upon meeting Jason, we immediately got the impression that he genuinely cared for the customer and was not out to simply secure a deal for his company. Jason was very knowledgeable and provided an accurate assessment of the old roof's condition. He placed more emphasis on what his company would do to correct the problem rather than what he would charge for the work. During the interview, we were impressed by Jason's professionalism and honesty. He focused on the corrective action required to fix the roof and was very thorough in explaining the work items in the contract; all at a fair price. Ultimately, Jason's honesty and professionalism during the interview closed the deal.
We are pleased to state that this advanced roofing renovation project that was initially guaranteed, was in fact a realization. Even when the job was completed in just 2 days, Jason came back to recheck for defects and quality. The roofing crew was professional and they promptly removed all garbage and cleaned up the surrounding premises. Shortly after the job was completed, there were numerous heavy springtime rainfalls and thunderstorms, but the new roof did not leak. Thus, new roof was tested numerous times by the weather elements with no issues - a testament to the quality workmanship of the Canadian Roofing Company.
