WE WERE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH OUR BATHTUB FAUCET LEAKING INTO THE WALL, AND WE HAD SOMEONE COME FORM PICKERING TO HELP. THEY WERE QUICK, VERY COMMUNICATIVE, I HAD A BASIC LESSON IN PLUMBING ALL IN HIS ONE VISIT. THANKS PICKERING I'LL BE SURE TO CALL THEM FOR THEN NEXT PLUMBING PROBLEM..SEEMS TO BE ALL WE HAVE LATELY!

Our faucet kept leaking no matter what we did. W.S. Pickering came over very quickly and helped figure out what the problem was and fix it. We thought the procedure was a bit pricey, but they were very helpful.

The afternoon before our house sale closing, we realized we couldn't remove our broken kitchen faucet--we just didn't have the proper tools to do so, or the strength to remove the restraining nuts on the faucet. In desperation we called W.S. Pickering and explained the problem--and that our house sale was taking place the next morning! The person on the phone scheduled a service call for 8:30am the next day, and on time Alan called and appeared at 8:30am. The faucet removal was a bit harder than expected but he did it, replaced the faucet with the proper part, and was done in 45 minutes--plenty of time to spare for our closing! Alan was friendly and courteous, and I would highly recommend this company for anyone's plumbing needs.

After moving into our new "old" home the upstairs bathroom began to leak into the downstairs ceiling. I was able to set up an appointment with Pickering for a repair. The job was more complicated than expected but they were great to work with and did a great job of cleaning up.
