Rocky's Ace Hardware

I like shopping at Rockys because I don't feel overwhelmed like I do at other stores. I wish they had more people on staff to help when you have questions. I went there last weekend, and unfortunately, there were only two people working on a busy Saturday afternoon. Nice local atmosphere, but don't expect great service.

We needed to buy dooknobs for our new house and we found what we wanted at Rocky's Ace Hardware. It took us a long time to decide what we wanted because there were so many to choose from. The staff was helpful and asked us repeatedly if we needed any help. Checkout was fast as well.

Rockies is often short staffed and often low on inventory for the things I need. I have had to wait too long too many times for help from a store clerk or assistant. I go to Rocky's because they are local.

Rocky's Ace Hardware was clean and well-organized. The product was easy to find on the shelf. The cashier was friendly. I would be happy to shop there again for our next project's supplies.

When I went to Rocky's Ace Hardware in Hadley to get some supplies to redo the caulking for my bathtub, I wasn't sure which kind of caulk to use. The only salesperson available seemed unsure of the best mold-resistant caulk, and told me there was no one else around who could help give me advice. I ended up buying the right caulk, and she was friendly and efficient at the cash register, but more assistance would have helped.
