Poor Customer Serive and Bad Attidude
Have been using them since we installed the pool for regular opening and closings since 2017. No issue there on the work they have completed. However this year we have found there customer service, responsiveness and attidude have signficantly delclined by Geoff .
I've always held the opinion if you have nothing nice to say don't say anthing at all. So i wont go into details other than we have severed our 5 year relationship and have moved our business to another company to service our pool needs moving forward.
We have recommeded to our friends to consider the same. Its a shame that professional service declined. We referred so much business over to them over the years.
We just got our pool closed, an Omni Automation system installed and a new Hayward VS pump completed with another company and could not be happier with their service.
If you dont take care of your customers your compeitition will.
