No homeowner wants to discover water or moisture in their basement, especially if they were confident waterproofing had been done previously. Sadly that was the case for us and we had a breach. Darby was very professional and provided a prompt and reasonable quote . His crew of Brandon and Richie were excellent and extremely polite and conscientious young men. Days later we was discovered that a bit more work needed to be done to fully resolve the issue and this was quickly taken care of for not much more than materials and labour. This is a highly recommended company by my wife and I.

I reached out to Darby at Mud Monkeys on the recommendation of my neighbor. They were able to quickly diagnose the issue and waterproof from the inside of the basement. Having COPD they were so considerate controlling the dust. They also went out if their way to accommodate my small basement in finding a perfect spot for the sump pump.

Darby and his team were incredible. I had called them years earlier and they directed me to check my evestroughs and that fixed the issue. Years later, I found myself with more water issues and this time, it was not the evestroughs, it was within the walls of my basement. I required an interior waterproofing job. Darby and his team were extremely professional. They knew exactly what to do and it explained it to me in a way that made it easy to understand. It's been over 1.5 years since the work was completed and I have not had a drop of water in my basement since. They managed my expectations with regards to the length of time the project would take and did a fantastic job cleaning up after themselves. I believe that Darby's prices are extremely fair and competitive and highly recommend Darby and his team for your water issues.
