Interior waterproofing of leaky basement. Pragmatic view of what was required and explained options and provides quotes for each. Contractors worked efficiently, did a thorough job, polite and courteous, cleaned up all the messes, all on a budget that was very reasonable compared to what others were asking. I would use them again if needed and would not hesitate recommending them to a friend.

This is the second time, I have hired MM (two different homes). Darby Braun is the owner and both he and his staff are extremely professional, courteous, timely, reliable and competent. I had a terrible nagging basement leak in my old home (which I rent out) which they fixed. I have been water free for two years now. I also had a leak in my home which they fixed. They burrowed under my deck, filled, parged and waterproofed the entire back of my home, did not damage anything and did not overcharge. I could see their progress as they worked and coudl see the good job they did each day (took 4 days to complete). I highly recommend this company.

Darby came highly recommended by a neighbor of mine who is a termite guy and often on sites at the same time as Mud Monkeys. He is a picky guy and said MM are the best out there and he was right.

From my first encounter Darby was punctual, knowledgable, reassuring, friendly, honest and articulate. We had work done on the inside and out, it was done on time, on budget, Darby's guys left the place immaculate every night and were again personable, knowledgeable and a pleasure to have around the house.

Darby's rates are competitive and fair, you will always find someone cheaper but with Darby he will do the work properly the first time and if there ever was an issue would come back and fix it. We hired Home Improvement Solutions 2 years earlier and their inept attempt completely failed and their guarantee wasn't.t worth the paper it was written on.

I am completely confident in MM's work and haven't seen a drop of water down there for almost 2 years now. If Darby was a General Contractor I would hire him for everything!

I hired this company on a recommendation. These men really know their job, and did an excellent one. Also, they are a very cheerful and polite bunch, and were always ready to answer my questions.

Darby and his crew showed up on time, evaluated the situation, gave us a reasonable estimate and did incredible work. Extremely professional. We had an unrelated leak a year later that Darby happily fixed at no extra cost! Highly recommended!

I've hired my share of contractors over the years...some good, some not so good. Darby and crew are in a class to themselves. These guys define integrity. Honest, hard working folks with their heart in the right place. The regular compliments apply of course. Reasonable quote, showed up on time, clean work site, fantastic communications, etc... But there's more... a sense that you don't need to worry. That they'll be there if something goes wrong. That they'll do what it takes to make you happy.

My dad worked in the trades his whole life. It's a hard career and one that is often thankless. I think the best compliment I could give Darby and his team is that their work ethic reminded me of my dad. Keep it up guys... The industry needs more people like you.

We have used Mud Monkeys twice (on different houses). The service was excellent. On the current job, the ground settled over time where they worked and they came out and fixed it no charge both times. I would definitely recommend Darby and his team. Great service, good price and totally trustworthy.
On another location, we had issues with a drain outside our back door that would clog up in downpours. Darby recommended disconnecting the downsputs and extending them away from the house. We did this and it solved the problem. Great advice at no charge.

From initial quote, to fielding any post job questions, Darby was consistently professional, helpful, responsive. I honestly can not recommend this company more highly - very high quality work, done quickly (nothing lagged, etc.), clean work site, and a very good price. Will recommend to any friends with basement water problems.
