We reached out to Mud Monkeys after water began entering our basement in the spring. During the quote process, Darby clearly laid out all of our options for waterproofing , benching and underpinning in our basement, as well as the requirements for permits, sub-trades and co-ordination with neighbours. During the course of their work, Darby discovered additional foundation requirements that necessitated switching from a bench footing to a full underpin. Darby was exceedingly fair in re-negotiating a new price for the additional work, and the timeline for the work was only extended by a short time.
Darby, Nick and their crew were highly skilled, exceedingly professional and polite and walked us through every step of the project, making sure we were aware of what would be happening and when. Would recommend to anyone.
