When water seeped into our basement along the rear wall we got quotes and chose Mud Monkeys based on references, the apparent competence shown by owner and hands-on manager Darby, and a detailed straightforward quote. We were not disappointed. The job was done exactly as described and entirely to our satisfaction: quickly, neatly and successfully (no more water coming in despite heavy rains). Interlocking bricks had to be removed and because it was winter time, had to be set aside for re-installation in the spring. When it came time in January for us to settle up with Darby, it was he not us who suggested we hold back an amount until the spring work was done. A date for that work was set and met. Throughout, we were impressed that we were nearly always able to get Darby on the phone w/o delay and if he had to call back, he did so almost immediately—no intermediaries between him and us. It turned out that two other walls are now letting water through and Darby and Mud Monkeys will be doing the work. We give them 10+.
