For years, water from a leaky downpipe (long since diverted and capped) had eroded part of my foundation and the ground around it, but the extent of the damage was not clear until the asphalt over the area collapsed, exposing the sinkhole. The repairs needed weren't big or complicated, but I needed the work to be done before the onset of winter. The repair is secure and leads water away from the foundations. I'm happy with the work.
