Order appliances approx. 60 days in advance. Day before delivery called to confirm. Day of delivery they showed up excluding dishwasher which they said they did not have. Amazing how the sales rep.deliberately did not mention this in when I called to confirm delivery less than 24 hours before delivering the appliances. They did not have a date or timeline of when we could expect the dishwasher. We decided to go with Paddy’s to support small companies and because of their good reviews. Unfortunately what started as a positive experience ended badly. Companies need to understand for us to provide positive feedback and customer satisfaction the entire experience from the day we purchase to date of delivery needs to go well. Sorry but will not be recommending this company to anyone. They have left a bitter taste. Definitely will cascade this down to as many people who are looking to purchase appliances.
