Paddy's Market offers competitive pricing and helpful sales staff. I purchased over $3,000. in kitchen appliances from them. Their delivery and removal of old appliances was efficient and timely. However, Paddy's customer service ended with the purchase. On two occasions I've needed to call their Service and Parts Dept. Each time I was met with a surly woman. Even though I simplified her work by providing her with a parts number, her manner didn't improve. She complained she was having internet problems. After holding a several minutes, she simply told me the parts I required were backordered. When I asked if I could still order them, she replied "the parts are backordered". I asked if this meant the parts weren't available or could they not order them for me. She replied that if I wanted the parts I could try calling the manufacturer myself. No sorry I can't be of help, nothing, just call someone else. I got off the phone with her and immediately called another appliance parts store, Reliable Parts, who were happy to order the part for me. It would seem that all customer service ends with a completed sale for Paddy's Market. Based on this I would not recommend Paddys Market, not when there are so many other sales and service options available.
