Best Interlocking & Restoration

I have hired Best Roofer & Renovation on June 21, 24 to fix the gutter, as well leveling, cleaning and sealing the front door steps and walkways. Luke has promise that's he has two crew to finish all the work professionally and quick to my satisfaction with 10 years guarantied.
He started right away but to my surprise he's one-man show and he doesn't do roofing (best Roofer) and he has to hire another guy to repair the roof.
anyway, he finishes the work (10 years Guarantee) I still getting nails from the roof and the walkaway does look like before, stain and weeds growing backs, tried to contact him for the last month, finally he answers and promise to come back and fix the issues, but he never show up only false promises. very frustrated from the entire experience.
