Shawn and his crew were wonderful all around. They were quick to come by and assess my damaged skylights and gave me a quote that same day. I had three other quotes; however, Shawn quoted me a fair price and provided me with the personal touch by showing up to meet me in person.
I did a lot of research before I contacted HomeStars, and had some idea of what was involved. Despite this, I had a company "mansplaining" the whole process. It was as though they wanted to justify the high price they eventually quoted me (almost double what others quoted me).
