We needed our stairs to be safe as they were very steep. What we got was way more, not only were they safe they were beautiful! The quality was excellent, and the attention to detail was exemplary. The installation crew taped off the area and protected the floor around the stairs all the way down the hall to the front door. The work area was vacuumed throughout the day and the crew left the work area clean and safe at night. As for their customer support office, they were very quick to reply to any questions we had.
