Placed an ad to resurface my front porch. Carlo responded and provided an estimate . I had a lowball est and 2 companies that just didnt show . We selected Carlo because he was friendly, knowledgeable and took pride in his work. I was very happy he said he could create 2 new steps to replace the precast step i bought to fill in for a missing step when the other company ghosted .
