OTL Electrical Services

I had a small job, but because I live in a condo Dave had to get a city permit, so I could get Board approval. The first things that impressed me were that i didn't have to wait months for the estimate or to get the work done. Dave cleaned everything up before he left. In addition, he listened to what I needed and the required process, and he answered all my questions.

Dave also arranged for the work to be inspected. The inspector passed the work, but said that he would have preferred to have one type of wiring over another. The inspector didn't demand that Dave make the change, but Dave came and made the change.

I have already given two people Dave's contact information. I will call him again if I need more electrical work done.

Dave was one of the contractors Who responded to my request for this job. When I read Dave from OTLs reviews, they were so good, I almost thought that some of them were from his friends and family. However, once we met Dave and got to see his work ethic, we realized that these reviews are absolutely true. Dave quoted the project accurately, stuck within those time frames, and showed up when he said he would. He was a pleasure to work with and have in our home. Aside from his excellent work ethic and professionalism Dave came across as kind, genuine, and honest. I have another project in the next few months and will definitely be using Daves services for this. I can be a person who is quite particular on my projects and Dave gave his full effort to making my requests come through. I would 100% recommend Dave for any electrical services. He will be your last stop for an electrician.

Dave quickly diagnosed the 2 year problem I was having with my electrical switches and thought outside the box as to what happened with my kitchen receptacles.
