I called this company to do an inspection to see if we had bed bugs since I was covered in bites from a recent trip. Their "free" inspection was not free. It cost $100 and they reimburse you if you use their service. In all fairness, they did let me know the cost of the inspection was $100 before booking the appointment and I agreed to it. The appointment was also within a day or two. The technician came and looked around for about 5 minutes and didn't find anything. He recommended spraying the house for $750 based on the fact that I had multiple bites on my body. We decided not to proceed and it's a good thing. I found a video on YouTube from Rutgers University along with more information on their website that can effectively and cheaply deal with bed bugs if you have them. The first thing is to find a bed bug before employing any expensive professional treatments. You only need a professional if it's an infestation. To this day, I have not found 1 bed bug in my house and it's been about a month.
