Juan - the technician arrived on time, as discussed and and was very friendly. He quickly assessed the issue and explained the repair process.
The quality of the repair was outstanding. Juan used high-quality materials, and the craftsmanship was evident. Juan also left the area spotless, which I truly appreciated.
